By downloading, accessing or using Board Chill, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Board Chill is designed for entertainment and social party-game experiences. Players are responsible for choosing content and activities that are appropriate for their group, local laws and personal boundaries.

Some decks may include mature, suggestive, drinking-game or relationship-themed prompts. You should only use content that is appropriate for your age, location and group.

Users must not use Board Chill to encourage unsafe behavior, harassment, illegal activity, exploitation, or content involving minors.

Some features, including online rooms, premium access, cloud sync and account management, may require signing in with a supported provider such as Apple or Google.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Board Chill may let users create private custom decks, send room chat messages and send short voice messages. You are responsible for the content you create or send.

• Do not upload, create or send illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, child-safety violating, privacy-invasive or infringing content.
• Custom decks are intended for private/offline use unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.
• Room chat and voice messages may be visible or playable to other users in the same room.
• We may remove content, restrict features or terminate access if content is used in a harmful or policy-violating way.

Online rooms may be public or private. Public rooms can be discoverable by other users. Private rooms are joined by code.

Hosts and participants should use online rooms respectfully. Features such as kick, room lock, chat and voice are provided to help groups manage their play session.

Board Chill may offer auto-renewable premium subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. The exact title, duration, price and available benefits are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account after purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to the store rules that apply to your purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• You can use the restore purchase option in the app to refresh premium access on a supported account.
• Board Chill uses RevenueCat to help manage purchase status and premium entitlements. RevenueCat does not process your payment card details for us.

For iOS users, Board Chill uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless App Store Connect states otherwise: Apple Standard EULA

If you create or sign in to an account, Board Chill provides an in-app account deletion flow from the account/profile area. Deleting an account may remove account-related data, custom content and access records as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app, contact us using the email below so we can help with account or data deletion requests.

Board Chill, including its app design, brand, code and official content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or misuse the app except as allowed by law.

We may update features, content, pricing, availability or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused or if required for security, legal or policy reasons.
